Mr. Westley Bennett was incredibly knowledgeable not only of the market but also construction and home maintenance. As a first time home buyer with a lot of criterias and a tight budget Mr. Bennett had exceeded all expectations of the process and went above and beyond to find me the perfect home. My husband and I were referred to Westley by Navy Federal 1st time home buyer program. He was awesome,personable,knowledgeable,resourceful and very observant.Once he knew what we liked he was able to shift through the many listing we gave him and pick the ones that best suited us. I wasn't keen on that at first but if we came across a house we really wanted to see he had no problem showing it to us. He knows the areas very well and also gave input on issues he seen with the homes we viewed. We did have several issues with the process,no fault of our realtor, Westley helped us get through them like a true professional. He was also able to help us find reputable companies to assist with work we needed done.He is surrounded by a great network of companies and people that respect him and the work he does. Mr. Bennett was a joy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone buying a home.

I am buy and hold and rehab investor . Westley worked as a buyer's agent for me on the purchase of my last rehab project property. He did such a good job that I decided to relist the property with him to sell. He showed me numerous properties in the areas I was interested in. He was always on time at our appointments which is a huge deal to me as time is very valuable. His construction knowledge comes in handy when deciding on purchasing fixer uppers. He was able to point out some potential problems that I do not feel an average real estate agent would notice. He would also pull comps to make sure there was a profit margin.
